Spread Your Toes

Correct Toes help the foot rehabilitate from the negative effects of conventionally shaped footwear. The device, made of soft, flexible silicone, encourages the toes back into their natural alignment found at birth. With progressive and consistent use while active and weight bearing, toes align and feet strengthen, restoring your foot’s original position and function.

• Strengthen your foot muscles to withstand all types of weight-bearing activity.
• Increase the strength and flexibility of your toes and foot.

Correct Toes (Sold as a Pair) are available in four sizes: EXTRA SMALL, SMALL, MEDIUM, and LARGE.

**Important note:  Everyone has a unique foot size and shape. The sizing chart provides approximations. Your true size is based not only on shoe size, but also your foot width, toe width and natural toe splay. If you are in-between sizes, consider sizing up if you have a wide foot. Your Correct Toes should not "bunch" between your toes—this would be a sign that they are too large. Your toe spacers should not pinch your toes, either. Toe spacers that pinch are too small. Correct Toes can be further customized for a variety of feet.

Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns about sizing your Correct Toes!

OR Email us a picture of your feet standing alongside a ruler measuring foot length and width. We’ll direct you to the best possible size of Correct Toes.

30 Day Worry-Free Returns

We offer a 30-day-no-worries return policy for Correct Toes, with a 90-day materials warranty, if they split or break during use. You may also return Correct Toes within 30 days, even if they have been used or modified.

⚠️ Warning, Please be aware of cheap imitations which are not Podiatrist approved and are not Authorised Correct Toes retailers. These may do more harm than good! ⚠️

FAQ

Can I wear my Correct Toes® while barefoot?

Yes! Correct Toes can be placed directly on bare skin.

Can I wear my Correct Toes® with socks?

Yes! Correct Toes can be placed over toe socks, or under traditional socks.

Can I wear my Correct Toes® within footwear?

When using Correct Toes within footwear, it is important to choose footwear that is flat and widest at the ends of the toes. At bprimal we only sell Correct Toes compatible footwear.

Are my Correct Toes® left/right specific?

Correct Toes are reversible! Each individual silicone Correct Toe spacer is identically created, they can be used on the right or left foot interchangeably.

Can I walk or run in Correct Toes®?

Yes! It's important that the shoe is widest at the ends of the toes to safely incorporate Correct Toes without pinching or rubbing. To test your shoe, take the liner out and stand on it. If any part of the foot hangs over the liner, then these shoes will not work with Correct Toes.

We Believe Your Feet Deserve Better

The foot and ankle is a complex mechanical structure made up of 26 bones, 33 joints and over 100 muscles, tendons and ligaments.

The average person takes 8,000-10,000 steps each day. That adds up to approximately 185,000 km's in a typical lifetime—the equivalent to circling the globe more than four times!

Your feet have about 250,000 sweat glands which produce up to a cup of perspiration each day.

There are approximately 8,000 nerves in the feet—that’s more per square centimeter

In an average day of walking, your feet experience forces totalling hundreds of tons—the equivalent of a fully-loaded cement truck.

Women experience foot problems four times more often than men. This is largely attributed to shoe choice. High heels and toes with pointy, narrow toe boxes cause multiple foot issues.

Natural Foot Shaped, Flexible, Flat & Lightweight

Barefoot shoes mirror the shape and the natural curve of the feet, allowing them to move as nature intended. ... Barefoot Shoes not only strengthen all the muscles in the foot, but they also help the foot develop in the correct way to prevent deformities. Strengthening your feet by exercising and wearing minimalist shoes can improve your posture and prevent pain and injuries.
For many people, barefoot shoes also provide relief and improvement for existing problems like knee pain, back pain, bunions, and more.

Are You New To Barefoot Shoes?

Make sure to listen to your body and transition to functional footwear slowly. Consider wearing your new shoes for short periods at first and then gradually increase the time as your feet and body adapt to the changes.
