Our Fit recommendation for this shoe based on customer feedback: We recommend ordering 1/2 size bigger in this model. Some people will need to order a full size up. Please use the sizing tools available to determine your size.

If you don't know your normal US size, or would like to double check sizing for this model, please use the sizing tools we have provided here like this:

1. Print out our Printable Size Guide for this model and stand on it - making sure your printer is set to 100% Scale. Choose the size where your longest toe finishes. If you are on the line, consider if you will be wearing thick socks, or prefer to have less or more space in your shoes and choose accordingly.

2. Use our Strutfit online sizing app to check your feet measurement and it will tell you what size to order - Click on "WHAT IS MY SIZE?" above. You will need an a4 sheet of paper and a smartphone for this. Once you have done this once, it will also tell you what size you need for all the other shoes on our website as you browse through other models.

3. Use the sizing chart provided which shows the insole length and width of the shoe which you can use to compare the measurements against another pair of shoes that fit you well. Or you can compare them with a sizing chart from another brand and work out your size that way. This is not a fool-safe way though, as the volume and material in the upper of the shoe can also make a big difference to the fit so best to use this in conjunction with one of the other sizing methods.

We don't recommend manually measuring your feet to work out sizing, as in our experience most people measure incorrectly without the use of a proper tool such as a brannock device.

When you give authority to leave, you are allowing our carriers to leave the package unattended at your address without a signature. Please note if you opt to leave your order unattended, Bprimal will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

You can elect to have your package delivered with a signature on delivery for an additional $2 fee.

If your order isn’t right for you, you can return it for a refund* or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Item must be unworn and in BRAND NEW condition in original box with tags still attached (if applicable). REFUND

CARE GUIDE

Begin by removing any loose dirt or debris from your shoes using a soft brush or cloth.

Use the Carbon Cleaning Kit to gently scrub the the upper material of your shoes, focusing on any areas with stains or buildup. Follow the instructions provided with the kit for best results.

Once the shoes are dry, apply Carbon Pro Waterproofing Spray evenly over the entire surface of the shoes. Hold the spray can approximately 6-8 inches away from the shoes and spray in a sweeping motion. Be sure to cover the entire surface for maximum protection.

Depending on usage and exposure to elements, it's recommended to repeat the cleaning and waterproofing process periodically to maintain the integrity of the material and keep your shoes looking and performing their best.

By following these simple steps and using the carbon cleaning kit and Carbon Pro Waterproofing Spray, you can effectively clean and protect your shoes, extending their lifespan and keeping them in top condition for longer.

With an upper made of 100% organic canvas, our newest edition to the Chukka family was created with cotton grown from natural seeds on a certified organic farm. This farm rules so hard that they only use organic farming practices without the use of pesticides, artificial fertilisers, or other harmful chemicals. The lining? Well that’s made from 100% recycled polyester which came from recycled PET bottles. And, if you’re still not sold on how great these Chukkas are, even the shoelaces are made from recycled material. Believe it or not, your feet are about to get even more vegan-friendly.
But enough about what they’re made of, and let’s get into what they’re made for. Because everyone looks good in black, there’s basically zero scenarios where these wouldn’t enhance your outfit. I love these shoes. I have two pairs, one a size larger that I wear with Correct Toes inside. They are ridiculously light, bendy and somehow supportive at the same time. I wear them canyoning, bush walking, round and about in town, to work - everywhere! They go in the washing machine, and they scrub up with a damp sponge. They look a little bit worn now after what I do with them, but they are just as supportive as when I first got them. They have plenty of room for my very spread out and slightly wonky toes and have fantastic grip for rock jumping etc and pretty good shock absorbing soles (though I wear orthotics so not sure how much credit to give the shoes). Can't recommend highly enough.

My first pair of wide toe box shoes and they're fabulous. Had a mix of comments from people, some of whom just thought they looked a little odd but they feel so great and I'm happy to challenge the status quo. They rubbed a little on the back of my ankle but only one for so I probably just tied that one a little tight. So glad I bought them, this style of shoe is the way forward for me for sure.

This shoe is great and looks great. The back part of the shoe has been rubbing against my Achilles and making it bleed but I assume that will cause less impact the more I wear them. Also I think the fact that it’s a unisex shoe means it doesn’t exactly cater for the width of a males foot when using the toe spreader. And my foot is actually towards the narrower spectrum. Just my last three toes seem to be at the ends of the shoe. However, I may see a difference if I went up half a size, but I’m not sure if that will be just too big but that may in fact be the problem so maybe what I’ve just said is irrelevant. Overall though do not be too discouraged it is a good shoe these were just potentially personal problems.

Loving the Lems Chukka's. I purchased them as an everyday shoe - work, casual, etc. I'm interested to see how they wear but at this stage (about 3 weeks in), they look as good as new and perfectly fit my feet.

Iv just recently gone to the barefoot shoe lifestyle. i wanted a pair of casual shoes that ticked the barefoot boxes. iv never owned a pair of shoes like these before and they are super comfortable, there is ssssoooooo much room in the toes compared to regular shoes. my toes dont even touch the sides of them. i have removed the innersole to see what its like and it is still really comfy. I think they look quite cool and i wear them with chinos and i would wear them with shorts. After buying these i have bought a pair of the primal 2, im just waiting for them to arrive. Both the printable size guide and the photo thing recomended me the same size which fits great.

Bought these because I wanted a wide, minimum drop shoe that didn't scream "I'd love to talk to you about my feet!" and just blended in - these do the trick! super comfy, pair well with everything, and as I found out accidentally the other day - pretty waterproof. Can't speak to durability yet, but they seem well put together.

I love the look and feel of these shoes. My only qualm is they rub a little at the back (quite rigid below the tag) however I saw on a previous review that this area softens with time. I plan on ordering another pair in a different colour but will go up a half size next time.

Fit true to size, maybe a little narrower than other wide toe box but look much nicer. I like the little extra support in soleplate. The higher fit on the the ankle takes getting used to, it's a little stiff so have to wear it in. Buy I like them

I was introduced to minimalist shoes with the Vivobarefoot Primus Lite which is, I read after wearing for a few months, a pretty hardcore minimalist shoe. The Lems Chukka, therefore, feel a bit sturdier than what I had grown used to and would probably make it a better transition shoe than my Vivos were. The Chukkas are wide in the toe box and very comfortable as a result. The fabric of the upper feels strong - so much that on the first few wears it was quite rigid, but this seems to be softening with wear. The upper is also tightly knit and stops splashes of water getting through, but I wouldn't trust these in an extended downpour. The sole is flexible but not as much as I had grown used to, so for anyone new to minimalist shoes, this won't overload you with sensitivity in the sole if your foot. The sizing is a little tricky, I looked on the Lems website and measured my foot, and also had a chat with Faye on the bprimal site, and the best size for me ended up being 1.5 sizes smaller than what Lems' sizing chart suggested. Otherwise, my experience buying with bprimal was great; quick, friendly and reliable advice and great customer service.
