Great for Rocky tracks.....
Great addition to excellent shoes
Reason for a 4 star review was delivery instruction were not followed through. So to have discovered the zero drop footwear. Have had cronic foot issues during last 10 years, involving surgery on both feet for bunions & claw feet. than it was physio & podiatry, of course expensive orthotics which I struggled to wear feeling like rocks under foot so more pain. Anyway borrowed a walking book from my local library, this book had information on zero shoes. So of course I Googled and found your web site. More than happy to recommend your footwear. Esther
I needed to buy some insoles after I started getting some foot pain in my barefoot shoes - especially when walking on the footpath/on concrete. These are well cushioned and nice and wide. I fit them into my non-Freet shoes (Drifter Leather handmade boots). I got a size 40 and 41 (as 2 x size 40 wasn't available) and just cut the size 41 to fit my size 40 (ish) boots. The size 40 fit perfectly. I don't really understand about high/low profile feet, but you definitely need to have a fair bit of room in your shoes to fit 6mm of cushioning I did, but I guess not everyone will. If that's the case just get a 3mm one. Overall I'm pleased I got these and would buy again. In fact I'll probably wear them with all of my barefoot shoes.
