These were recommended by RA specialist as an alternative to expensive orthotics. Have found that they do help to keep the pressure off the inflamed balls of my feet, tried a cheaper version but they are mostly very hard and painful. It is definitely worth buying this version
I was having pain and discomfort in balls of feet so I purchased pedag metatarsal pad in hope of some relief. I haven't used them as yet as I also came across and purchased the correct toes and have been using those for short periods around home and not every day. I am on my feet more than 10hrs a day most of that on concrete. Pain in my feet have lessened considerably and some days completely. I don't and didn't have crossed over toes or bunions etc but I had noticed a slight change in the shape if my feet prior to purchasing correct toes. I also purchased boots (for work) with a wider toe box and a more shock absorbing sole when I began wearing correct toes. I also now massage stretch and exercise toes and feet The combination seems to be working well.
Have arthritis in my feet and these were recommended by my specialist. Felt a bit strange for the first few days but do take the pressure of the lumps in the balls of my feet.
Exactly as advertised. Just need more!
Very useful. A bit tricky to get into correct spot in the shoe. About to buy 5 more pairs to leave in other shoes.
