My first time to try switch barefoot , because I got flat feet , usually I need special insoles, but I still need to training how to walk , but I find when I walk
long time my front soles of the feet very painful, maybe need more time to get change habits , l hope can change my balance .
Hey Debbie, thank you so much for sharing your experience with transitioning to barefoot shoes. It’s completely normal for things to feel a little different at first, especially coming from flat feet and wearing supportive insoles for a long time.
Because barefoot shoes encourage your feet and muscles to work more naturally, it can take time for your walking pattern, balance, and foot strength to adjust. The soreness in the front of your feet is often a sign that those muscles are working in a new way, so we’d definitely recommend taking the transition slowly and building up wear time gradually.

So pleased with my new Lems Trail Blazer. The fit is perfect and required no braking in. These shoes replace my old Primal Pursuits and couldn’t be happier. Love the wide toe box and zero drop.
My first pair of barefoot shoes. They fit perfectly, my feet are so comfy and I'm impressed how well the size fits - the Bprimal size tool didn't print to scale for me unfortunately, but I traced both my feet on paper (wearing socks) and measured the length, then added some. I'm in love with these shoes. They look and feel high quality. Perfect for everyday wear
