Pre- Order Information

🌱 The item I am after is on Pre-Order. What does that mean? 

If you place an pre-order it means it will be included with our next stock order - which we place on a regular basis. You can generally expect to wait between 4 weeks for delivery of a pre-order item. Feel free to contact us if you would like to know a more accurate wait time prior to placing your order. 

🌱 What happens if my order contains an in stock item and preorder item? 

If your order contains pre-order and in stock items, your whole order will be sent once the pre-order item arrives. If you would like the in stock item(s) to be sent separately, you will need to pay for the shipping cost, so please contact us and we can send you an invoice for this.

🌱 Are exchanges and refunds still offered on Pre-Order items? 

Absolutely! Our standard returns policy applies for pre-order items. It just means if you need to do a size exchange it may be an extra week or two wait for the new size to arrive. You can view our returns policy here

🌱 Will I be able to track my pre-order? 

Yes! Once your shoes arrive in Australia, we will send out an order notification email and provide the tracking number for your delivery. Prior to this, if you would like to know a delivery estimate or get a status update, please contact us via email at info@bprimal.com

🌱 Why don't you keep all the models in stock in Australia? 

While we would love to stock every model and size, we are a small family run business, and simply do not have the capacity for this - yet... but we still want to make these amazing shoes available in Australia & New Zealand without our customers having to worry about long international shipping delays and expensive returns.
