Join us in our Neutral Bay Bprimal store for a one hour foot health and balance class designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and build confidence from the ground up.

These engaging barefoot movement sessions focus on improving balance, coordination, mobility, and foot strength through guided, play based training. The class environment is supportive, relaxed, and suitable for beginners, with progressions available for those wanting a greater challenge.

Each session includes
• A structured warm up
• Foot and ankle mobility exercises
• Balance and stability training
• Play based movement exploration using solo, partner, and team game style activities

Bookings are essential as spaces are limited.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours prior to the class start time.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future class, subject to availability.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class, or failure to attend, are non refundable and non transferable.

If a class is cancelled by Bprimal or the instructor, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another session.
