Lightweight, grippy, and built for the trail — the Freet Feldom in Black/Grey is a minimal running and hiking barefoot shoe designed for versatility both on and off the trail. With a breathable BottleYarn mesh upper reinforced with TPU in high-wear areas, it offers durability without sacrificing comfort. The HillGrip outsole with 4mm lugs provides excellent traction on everything from hard-packed tracks to muddy terrain.

SIZING & FIT GUIDE

Our Fit recommendation for this shoe based on customer feedback: Fit is Average. Most people will wear their normal size with this model.

If you don't know your normal EU size, or would like to double check sizing for this model, please use the sizing tools we have provided here like this:

1. Print out our Printable Size Guide for this model and stand on it - making sure your printer is set to 100% Scale. Choose the size where your longest toe finishes. If you are on the line, consider if you will be wearing thick socks, or prefer to have less or more space in your shoes and choose accordingly.

2. Use our Strutfit online sizing app to check your feet measurement and it will tell you what size to order - Click on "WHAT IS MY SIZE?" above. You will need an a4 sheet of paper and a smartphone for this. Once you have done this once, it will also tell you what size you need for all the other shoes on our website as you browse through other models.

3. Use the sizing chart provided which shows the insole length and width of the shoe which you can use to compare the measurements against another pair of shoes that fit you well. Or you can compare them with a sizing chart from another brand and work out your size that way. This is not a fool-safe way though, as the volume and material in the upper of the shoe can also make a big difference to the fit so best to use this in conjunction with one of the other sizing methods.

We don't recommend manually measuring your feet to work out sizing, as in our experience most people measure incorrectly without the use of a proper tool such as a brannock device.

When you give authority to leave, you are allowing our carriers to leave the package unattended at your address without a signature. Please note if you opt to leave your order unattended, Bprimal will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

You can elect to have your package delivered with a signature on delivery for an additional $2 fee.

Express Shipping is also available from AU$19.95 (2-4 business days)

International Shipping is available to New Zealand from AU$19.95

All orders placed prior to Midday (AEST) will be dispatched the same day (business days Mon-Fri) with the exception of Sale Periods where we may experience up to 3 day delay for dispatch.

PICK UP IN STORE

We now offer a pickup option from our stores in Neutral Bay, NSW & Northcote, VIC (ONLY for items in stock at the store). *Please note, you cannot order items for pick up and online delivery in the same order - you must select either the 'Pick Up' or 'Ship' delivery option at checkout.

If you selected Pick Up at checkout, you will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection (usually within 24 hours). Pick up is available during store hours.

RETURNS

If your order isn’t right for you, you can return it for a refund* or exchange within 60 days of receiving your order. Item must be unworn and in BRAND NEW condition in original box with tags still attached (if applicable). Please note that postage costs to return the item(s) to bprimal remain the customers responsibility with the exception of customers that have purchased our Free Return Guarantee.

Good but fragile

The fit is great, the sole is great. However the mesh upper is too fragile. I would estimate the sole has about 70% tread depth left and the mesh upper is getting large holes in it.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, we’re glad to hear the fit and sole have worked well for you. The Freet Feldom is designed as a lightweight, flexible, minimalist trail shoe, with materials chosen to balance durability for trails with natural movement and ground feel.

As with many barefoot shoes, there is unfortunately a compromise between flexibility and durability. Thinner soles and lightweight uppers allow for greater freedom of movement and sensory feedback, but because of this they may not always have the same lifespan as more rigid traditional footwear.

Comfy comfy

Love them. Very comfy. Low rise too around the ankle which is great as it doesn’t rub on a scar from a broken ankle a few years ago. Would recommend if you can’t wear joggers that are too soft and spongy underfoot. Would get another pair no problem

A little narrower than expected. I've been barefoot for a few years and my feet have spread. These shoes are not as wide as expected but with inner soles removed, there is just enough room for my feet. Grip is fantastic, very comfortable. Sizing is on the small side so 42 is snug but still fine for me.

Have been running in the Freet Feldoms for about 2 years now and I love them. I run on rocky australian goldfields bush trails every day and the tread has held up amazingly. The upper wears out before the sole. So light and flexible, but still protective enough for me to handle really rough terrain. Am 63 and only been running for 4 years. So, old feet starting a new and relatively demanding activity....no problem! Thanks.

I bought these for my son's sport shoes for school, however he wears them for social occasions too. He seems to really love them and has no complaints.

Super comfortable, my feet feel so good in them

Love at first wearing, but danger!!!

I loved these boots from the moment I first tried them on...however, only a few months in the outer waterproof layer started to separate from the sole. One of the eyelets has partly popped out although is still attached and functional.

Another thing that happens is the quick-lace studs at the top of the boot frequently catch on the laces of the opposite shoe, leading to some hilarious almost near-stacks. I mean, it's hilarious because I haven't yet tripped over fully, but on that day these boots will lose one star rating. I still love them. Maybe I'm a sucker for punishment.

my body is rejoicing

took a day to get used to them, my gait changed and it was harder to walk up hill . Now with use, I am stronger walking up hills and i feel freer. I need a pair of barefoot shoes for every occasion. saving up! I feel like my body is rejoicing to be feeling all those subtle movements again.
