The sole is thick enough to provide good protection from hot and rough surfaces but thin enough for good ground feel. The 3 strap adjustment zones make custom fitting easy.

The shoe is comfortable, I just need to find the right length on all the sides, since sometimes it pushes my toes into the middle between the big and second toe. Otherwise, super comfortable.

I needed something cooler than my Lems in QLD heat!
These shoes are good for that. Soles are very thin, so rugged surfaces and stones are uncomfortable.
I hope they last a long while as they are very costly.

Great sandals fit well and are comfortable. I just hope they last a while as they were not cheap

Brand new item. Impressed so far. Good quality great to wear, functional. Time is the test though. Needs to last years for the price paid. Fingers crossed.

This is my second pair of Shamma sandals. I wore through the leather footbed on the last pair, but were it not for that I could have stayed with them a lot longer. Love the sandals, they are my footwear.

This is the 2nd pair I’ve bought for my husband. He would go barefoot if it was allowed but these are the next best thing. Only shoes he will wear all summer! He’s an avid outdoor guy and wears these while hiking, mowing the lawn, anything. He loves them!

I bought this to use for hotel bikepacking as a lightweight and packable sandal that still had good foot retention and enough of a sole to walk around town comfortably on asphalt and light gravel. It took me a while to decide on the right model but I think the Chargers are the right tradeoff of light weight, durability, and price for my intended usage. At 250g for size 13s they're less than half the weight of my normal flip flops and can pack flat against the sides of a bike bag.

This is my second pair, I got mountain goats as my first and I wore holes through them after about 2 years (I wore them everyday in my work, and walk around 7000-10,000 steps travelling about). I got a new cruzer now, it's not as solid-feeling but it works as a lightweight pair. Still fiddling with the adjustments, but eventually my rubber will mould to my feet and it'll be okay

I have tried many other brands of running sandals and nothing compares to Shamma. I am on my 4th pair and they are above and beyond anything else out there.

I recently bought a second pair of Shama sandals. I have had a pair for several years -maybe 10 years. I have worn them almost every day in the summer from just walking around to running and hiking through very rocky, muddy and wet trails. They are so comfortable in all conditions. And I know my feet are much stronger and now a more natural shape after years of jamming them into fashion shoes. I love these sandals. I thought I should get another pair as surely these things will wear out but they just seem to keep going. I now have second pair and will use them but I think I am set for a long time. More companies should follow Shamma’s lead and design stuff to improve or maintiain proper human function instead of being just fashionable and will last a long time so living healthy is the goal instead of endless material consumption!

I am able to run in these so much better than I thought possible. The grip is great, the fit is great, and only took about a week for my feet to really feel broken into them. Only wish is that I could keep wearing them in the winter!

Here's my experience so far, it took the sandals almost 3 weeks to fully mold to my feet and at the begining I struggled a bit with the outer posts on both sandals, it was painful and digging into my skin, after a while I got used to it and now there's no more discomfort and I love them, I did the ultimate test today hiking on very rocky trails and both sandals performed as expected (it was perfect)

At the end I love my new pair of chargers and I'm thinking of getting a pair of alphas soon, the only thing I could say is that please do something with the out posts, maybe moving them a bit more to the outside to make the molding process a better experience, the product is almost perfect, keep pushing.

I've worn them near daily since they came in the mail. The leather version is super comfortable and they feel great. Adjustment is easy as well.

It took a bit of a learning curve to figure out how I liked the straps but these are by far my favorite sandals now! So comfortable and have just enough cushion without losing that ground feel. Perfect “everything” sandal!

I would highly recommend these sandals. I’ve never experienced anything like them. My foot strength and lower back strength has greatly improved.

Shamma sandals are the perfect footwear. Plenty of options to fit you needs and the lacing system works great. All the pairs I’ve had lasted far longer than I anticipated, very high quality craftsmanship and materials.

I’ve had them for a few weeks now. The first time running in them I was so pleased I went for the leather footbed. I have a bunch of great sandals from Shamma and other makers with the regular grippy footbeds so I was curious as to how these would feel and I wasn’t disappointed.
The first few times I ran in them I wasn’t crazy about the width. I was on top of the side wings and almost wrote them off, but somehow I hardly notice it now. I don’t know if I just got used to or if the sandals molded to my foot better or what, but my run tonight felt so good I wanted to write this review asap. I’m loving how light they are and how they are starting to take on my foot shape. They are really stable and feel like they’re stuck to my foot which is great for blister prevention. For me, these are the perfect thickness too.

These are great. So flexible, light and a great balance between ground feel and a little bit (very little bit) of cushion thanks to the sole material.
My other sandals from Shamma and other makers all have thicker soles, so these were a totally new experience. Just a short run tonight to dial in the laces. More fiddling required but even not perfectly dialed in they felt great. First time for a leather footbed too. Good stuff all round.

Have been breaking my Cruzers in at the weight room and after a couple of weeks mostly indoors of use and adjustments they feel very natural on my feet. Yesterday I was finally able to take them paddling and hiking and was pleasantly surprised with the comfort and ease of handling different terrains. I can see these will be my go to footwear this summer and am spying a pair of the the Mountain Goats.

The sandal quality is fantastic, they are super comfortable and I would highly recommend the LE option. I plan to buy a non-LE as well sometime soon.

Second pair of Shammas, these things are super light and super easy to throw in the pack. Once I got used to them, they are now my go to for a quick day hike, cruising around a lake or chilling at the camp. My older pair are still solid after a number of years, but the tread wore enough it was time for a fresh set.

These are my favorite pair yet! They are very comfortable, the size fits perfect and molds very fast to your feet. The lacing system takes a little bit to get accustomed to but man once you do it is worth every penny. My first run with these they molded to my foot and I was amazed. Love them!

I am blown away by my Shamma chargers! They are durable, light-weight, and secure. This makes them ideal for running. The various points of adjustment allowed me to tailor the fit of my sandals, making them very comfortable. I would recommend this product to anyone.

First pair lasted 2 years, and while I could've worn them longer, I got a new pair and will use the old ones for kayaking. Love a barefoot shoe, can't wear anything else. Great sandal. Will buy again in the future

I took a leap of faith and ordered my very first minimalist sandals. Not exactly to run in them, but because I walk around town quite a bit from spring to fall, and my go-to flip-flops are far from ideal. So, I got myself a pair of chargers. I am so glad I did! I followed the sizing char, and the fit turned out perfect. Once I adjusted the straps, all I do now is slide in and out of them by handling the heel strap. I experienced total comfort walking in these shammas all day long without any redness, blisters, or anything whatsoever. They are glued to my feet while I barely feel them. Walking in these shammas is total freedom and a huge benefit for my feet. With good looks a bonus!
