SIZING & FIT GUIDE

We strongly recommend using the printable templates to check your foot size to ensure a perfect fit - CLICK HERE to access the Sizing Templates.

NOTE: Make sure your printer doesn’t resize or shrink to fit when printing! Larger sizes will need to be printed Poster across 2 sheets of paper.

To size yourself, print the template out and place your foot on the template so that the toe hole is between your big toe and first little toe. Make sure that your toes aren’t hanging off the front of the template, and that your ankles line up with the ankle slots on the sides of the sandal. If the ankle slots are under your foot a little bit, that’s ok, the laces come up and around your feet – just make sure that your toes don’t go past the front of the sandal, that your heel doesn’t go past the back of the sandal, and that the toe hole and ankle slots line up with your feet. For the best fit, we recommend choosing a sandal size that gives you between 32mm to 64cm of extra room in front of your toes and behind your heel.

CARE GUIDE

Shamma Sandals are high quality sandals that will last through almost any condition! That being said, you may want to clean or care for your sandals from time to time, especially after those intense trails.

For UltraGrip sandals, we recommend washing the sandals with cool water, and only if needed, a mild soap. Air dry the sandals in a place of moderate temperature, making sure to keep the sandals out of direct heat, sunlight, or steam.

For leather sandals, we recommend using Leather Cleaner + Conditioner.

Please note-As with most materials, when our sandals are stored or placed in intense temperatures and conditions, there is a chance that they can lose their integrity or shape. Conditions such as direct sunlight, heat, cold, steam, or prolonged moisture may damage the sandals. These conditions are nothing to worry about when you're wearing the sandals- only if you store the sandals in any of these conditions or leave them in any of these conditions as part of the cleaning process, there is a chance they could be damaged. We recommend keeping your sandals in a dry, moderate place away from extreme temperatures and weather conditions.

We Believe Your Feet Deserve Better

The foot and ankle is a complex mechanical structure made up of 26 bones, 33 joints and over 100 muscles, tendons and ligaments.

The average person takes 8,000-10,000 steps each day. That adds up to approximately 185,000 km's in a typical lifetime—the equivalent to circling the globe more than four times!

Your feet have about 250,000 sweat glands which produce up to a cup of perspiration each day.

There are approximately 8,000 nerves in the feet—that’s more per square centimeter

In an average day of walking, your feet experience forces totalling hundreds of tons—the equivalent of a fully-loaded cement truck.

Women experience foot problems four times more often than men. This is largely attributed to shoe choice. High heels and toes with pointy, narrow toe boxes cause multiple foot issues.

Natural Foot Shaped, Flexible, Flat & Lightweight

Barefoot shoes mirror the shape and the natural curve of the feet, allowing them to move as nature intended. ... Barefoot Shoes not only strengthen all the muscles in the foot, but they also help the foot develop in the correct way to prevent deformities. Strengthening your feet by exercising and wearing minimalist shoes can improve your posture and prevent pain and injuries.
For many people, barefoot shoes also provide relief and improvement for existing problems like knee pain, back pain, bunions, and more.

Are You New To Barefoot Shoes?

Make sure to listen to your body and transition to functional footwear slowly. Consider wearing your new shoes for short periods at first and then gradually increase the time as your feet and body adapt to the changes.
