SIZING & FIT GUIDE

Our Fit recommendation for this shoe based on customer feedback: Overall, we find the Primal Zen fits a little small and most people need 1/2 size larger than their normal US size. Also remember that the Primal Zen has a wide toe box and has a removable insole, some people may prefer extra depth or better ground feel and can remove the insole.

If you don't know your normal US size, or would like to double check sizing for this model, please use the sizing tools we have provided here like this:

1. Print out our Printable Size Guide for this model and stand on it - making sure your printer is set to 100% Scale. Choose the size where your longest toe finishes. If you are on the line, consider if you will be wearing thick socks, or prefer to have less or more space in your shoes and choose accordingly.

2. Use our Strutfit online sizing app to check your feet measurement and it will tell you what size to order - Click on "WHAT IS MY SIZE?" above. You will need an a4 sheet of paper and a smartphone for this. Once you have done this once, it will also tell you what size you need for all the other shoes on our website as you browse through other models.

3. Use the sizing chart provided which shows the insole length and width of the shoe which you can use to compare the measurements against another pair of shoes that fit you well. Or you can compare them with a sizing chart from another brand and work out your size that way. This is not a fool-safe way though, as the volume and material in the upper of the shoe can also make a big difference to the fit so best to use this in conjunction with one of the other sizing methods.

We don't recommend manually measuring your feet to work out sizing, as in our experience most people measure incorrectly without the use of a proper tool such as a brannock device.

Our standard shipping rate starts from $9.95, Australia Wide with Authority to leave. 

When you give authority to leave, you are allowing our carriers to leave the package unattended at your address without a signature. Please note if you opt to leave your order unattended, Bprimal will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

You can elect to have your package delivered with a signature on delivery for an additional $2 fee.

Express Shipping is also available from AU$16.95 (2-4 business days)

International Shipping is available to New Zealand from AU$19.95

All orders placed prior to Midday (AEST) will be dispatched the same day (business days Mon-Fri) with the exception of Sale Periods where we may experience up to 3 day delay for dispatch.

RETURNS

If your order isn’t right for you, you can return it for a refund* or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Item must be unworn and in BRAND NEW condition in original box with tags still attached (if applicable). Please note that postage costs to return the item(s) to bprimal remain the customers responsibility with the exception of customers that have purchased our Free Return Guarantee.

Great fit

Been in these for a week now, super happy
Fitting guide was spot on.
I have abnormally broad feet, so wide toe boxes are a must, plenty of breathing space, surprisingly cushioned for a flat foot bed, but still feel everything underfoot. I have a pair of saguaro luck 1, they were really nice and cheap, but these are exquisite, I’ll happily continue paying 3 times the price for what I’m getting. Get a pair, you won’t regret.

Awesome comfortable shoes

I bought these shoes online after seeing many good reviews, particularly as a versatile travel shoe. The sizing is true to fit for me. I took some time checking my foot size against the available online measurement charts and found my normal size aligned with the charts.

Delivery was very fast across to NZ, despatched same day as order and arrived 2 working days later.

Unboxing the shoe I couldn't believe how light they were, quality looks excellent too. Putting them on for the first time felt amazing, a great toe box with plenty of room for my feet to do their thing naturally. The shoe feels light on my feet, a fantastic natural feel and fits comfortably and confidently around my foot and ankle, no risk of these coming off while walking. The sole looks robust and strong.

I've bought these for a long overseas trip where I am trying to economise on weight and space and I can see that these will be my go to shoe for casual days walking and the occassional more formal meeting where they will fit perfectly at home under a pair of dress trousers.

Thanks Lems, and thanks bprimal ... will definitely look here again for shoes.

Great shoe, sizing confusing, comfy but do notice the lack of cushioning at the end of the day.

I bought the black leather Primal Zen for work. I’m on my feet all day and they are comfortable enough to wear an entire shift. My feet soles do feel a bit sensitive on the drive home when putting my foot on the brake, after a day on my feet, which didn’t happen in my old joggers. And I do want to take them off at home (same with my old shoes though). However for standing during work for 8 hours the Primal Zen are more comfortable with the wide toe box. I had been getting an ingrown toenail but since wearing these it has gone away. I enjoy the feeling of my forefoot being able to spread out and my feet feel free.

Trying to deduce my size:

- My medium insoles for size 9 to 10 shoes from The Athlete’s Foot measured 27cm which correlated with size 11 on the chart for primal Zen

- I printed out the Lems sizing guide and checked its accuracy and my foot measured between size W11.0 and W11.5

- My foot manually measured 24 cm which correlated with size 8.5 Primal Zen on the Lems sizing page.

- When I did the scan measurement with the camera it said I was 8.5

Very confusing getting two recommendations of W8.5 and two recommendations for W11!

I ended up getting the correct size for me (W10) because my partner had bought the Primal Zen in a different colour W10.5 which I tried on and decided I would fit a half size smaller.

In the Primal Zen description it is the most accurate suggestion - it says to choose half size up from your regular size, I would recommend half to one size up. I am size 9 in regular joggers and got size 10 in the Primal Zen.
