Bridge Soles help take pressure off the areas that usually struggle most during the shift to natural footwear your forefoot, heels, calves and Achilles. They’re ideal if you’re dealing with forefoot pain like Morton’s neuroma, metatarsalgia or sesamoiditis, plantar fasciitis or general heel and arch discomfort, tight calves or Achilles sensitivity, or that “too much too soon” feeling when starting barefoot shoes.

Think of Bridge Soles as a stepping stone. They support your feet while you rebuild strength, improve movement, and adapt to zero drop footwear without forcing your body to do it all at once. The goal isn’t to rely on them forever. It’s to help your feet get strong enough that you don’t need them.

How they work

A simple 3-part design that works with your body. The metatarsal pad helps reduce pressure through the forefoot and encourages better toe alignment. The flexible arch allows your foot to relax rather than being held rigid. The deep heel cup helps absorb impact and reduce strain through the heel. Together, they soften your landing, reduce overload, and keep your foot and lower leg more relaxed as they adapt and strengthen.

Insoles made of PU have been shown in research to take strain off of the Achilles tendon.

-Heel thickness = 10mm
-Met Pad thickness = 8mm
-Drop from heel to tip of insole = 8mm
-Drop from heel to Met Pad = 2mm
-Functional drop from heel to forefoot (weighted): 4mm
-Heel is softer and is designed to break down faster so the drop will slowly reduce to 1mm to 0mm of drop after approximately 100 hours of wear, where it will stay.
SIZING & FIT GUIDE

For M to XL, consider sizing down to a smaller size if you are using purely for a met pad or other applications where you don't want the met pad coming up under the met heads at all. However, the front half of the met pad is built to break down after some wear, so you'll likely be fine either way

Our standard shipping rate starts from $9.95, Australia Wide with Authority to leave. 

When you give authority to leave, you are allowing our carriers to leave the package unattended at your address without a signature. Please note if you opt to leave your order unattended, Bprimal will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

You can elect to have your package delivered with a signature on delivery for an additional $2 fee.

Express Shipping is also available from AU$19.95 (2-4 business days)

International Shipping is available to New Zealand from AU$19.95

All orders placed prior to Midday (AEST) will be dispatched the same day (business days Mon-Fri) with the exception of Sale Periods where we may experience up to 3 day delay for dispatch. 

You will receive a tracking number and link to track your delivery once it has been dispatched.

PICK UP IN STORE

We now offer a pickup option from our stores in Neutral Bay, NSW & Northcote, VIC (ONLY for items in stock at the store). *Please note, you cannot order items for pick up and online delivery in the same order - you must select either the 'Pick Up' or 'Ship' delivery option at checkout.

If you selected Pick Up at checkout, you will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection (usually within 24 hours). Pick up is available during store hours.

International Duties & Taxes — New Zealand

For New Zealand orders over NZD $1,000, import duties and taxes may apply when your order arrives. These charges are set by New Zealand customs and are not included or collected at checkout.

Any duties, taxes, or customs fees are the customer’s responsibility and will need to be paid directly on arrival. Unfortunately, we’re unable to cover or reimburse these charges.

RETURNS

If your order isn’t right for you, you can return it for a refund* or exchange within 60 days of receiving your order. Item must be unworn and in BRAND NEW condition in original box with tags still attached (if applicable). Please note that postage costs to return the item(s) to bprimal remain the customers responsibility with the exception of customers that have purchased our Free Return Guarantee.

SIZE EXCHANGE

Shipping is free for a size exchange (one exchange per order) where we cover the postage to you for the exchange pair. We also offer Instant Exchanges for Australian Customers. 

REFUND

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from bprimal you can return it to us for a full refund minus any postage costs. *Please note that if you have already exchanged your order, you will only be eligible for a store credit if you return the exchange item. Item must be unworn and in BRAND NEW condition.
