Ensures freshness and hygiene inside Shoes & Boots. The cleaning kit contains four products that can keep your shoes in fresh, clean and odour-free environment.

The Kit contains: 

  • Carbon Cleaning Foam 125ml
  • Carbon Odour Cleaner 100ml
  • Carbon Cleaning Brush
  • Microfiber Polishing cloth.
  • Carbon Cleaning Foam: Effective Cleaning Foam spray for All materials. Formulated with Sneakers and Sport Shoes in mind, this easy-to-use cleaning foam will help get smooth leather, suede, high tech materials, mesh, canvas, textiles, etc. back to its original glory.
  • Carbon Odour Cleaner: Odour eliminating spray not only removes unpleasant odours, it also has cleaning properties which keeps the inside of shoes fresh and clean. Suitable to use on gym bags, jackets, sportswear, caps and all types of shoes and boots. Removes all nasty odours such as smoke, sweat, pet and any other odour.
  • Carbon Cleaning Brush: The perfect brush for cleaning textiles and suede on sneakers and sport shoes. Can be dry cleaned to remove surface dirt and dust. Also a very handy brush when cleaning with a wet cleaning product such as the Carbon Cleaning Solution or the Carbon Cleaning Foam for a deeper clean. (Please note that the brush provided is a natural wood colour, not black)
  • Microfiber Polishing Cloth: This highly absorbent, high-quality microfibre cloth delivers swirl and scratch-free performance. It gently lifts and traps dust, dirt and grime, along with product residue during final wipe off.

We ship to Australia & NZ using Australia Post.

We offer Standard and Express Shipping options

Our standard shipping rate starts from $9.95, Australia Wide with Authority to leave.

When you give authority to leave, you are allowing our carriers to leave the package unattended at your address without a signature. Please note if you opt to leave your order unattended, Bprimal will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

You can elect to have your package delivered with a signature on delivery for an additional $2 fee.

Express Shipping is also available from AU$16.95 (2-4 business days)

International Shipping is available to New Zealand from AU$19.95

All orders placed prior to Midday (AEST) will be dispatched the same day (business days Mon-Fri) with the exception of Sale Periods where we may experience up to 3 day delay for dispatch.

You will receive a tracking number and link to track your delivery once it has been dispatched.

RETURNS

If your order isn’t right for you, you can return it for a refund* or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Item must be unworn and in BRAND NEW condition in original box with tags still attached (if applicable). Please note that postage costs to return the item(s) to bprimal remain the customers responsibility with the exception of Australian customers that have purchased our Free Return Guarantee.

Australian customers can elect to include our $1.99 Return Guarantee at checkout, and we will provide you 1x PRE-PAID shipping label if you need to return any items to us for exchange or refund.

SIZE EXCHANGE

Shipping is free for a size exchange (one exchange per order) where we cover the postage to you for the exchange pair. Free shipping for size exchange excludes clearance items.

REFUND

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from bprimal you can return your purchase to us for a full refund minus any postage costs. *Please note that if you have already exchanged your order, you will only be eligible for a store credit if you return the exchange item.
