These boots are lighter than my runners! I used the printable size chart and it was bang-on. Only worn them for a week at work, hoping to get a year out of them (they are twice the price of my usual Blundstone boots, but ten times more comfortable), so can’t comment on durability yet. If you are looking for a boot that is as comfortable and light as runners, you’ll be impressed. Looking forward to the Sydney store opening up to try other models.

This is my first pair of "minimalist" shoes and I LOVE them! They are so comfortable.
I read some reviews before ordering, and followed advice to order a bigger size than usual. I usually wear WUS8.5, but order WUS9 and they fit perfectly, plenty of room, but not too loose.
I've barely taken them off since receiving.

Love these. Probably the MOST comfortable boot I've had ever. Seems to live up to the waterproof claim. I sized up 1.5 for woolly socks but still feel good with a thin sock. Very happy customer.

Very happy. They have lots of room for your toes which is exactly what I was looking for. I have been squashing my feet into shoes all my life and are now suffering the consequences. Trying to reverse or at least slow down more degradation of my feet. After listening to a podcast from a leading foot doctor I went searching for "wide box shoes" which she said was an absolute non negotiable ! There are not too many true wide box shoes to choose from and these were definitely the nicest looking. Thank fully they are incredibly comfortable - like wearing slippers all day. Great grip and you can wear them all day! Ok - look wise they are not the most fashionable but I have decided that the health of my feet is way more important than fashion. Fashionable shoes are not "sometimes shoes" for me.

I returned a size US W9 as they were a smidge too small. (I am normally US W8.5.) I am now very happy with a US W9.5 which although a smidge big allow me to wear thicker socks. They have been on a bush walk and performed well.
I just need to work out how to keep them clean!☺️

On advice I bought 1 1/2 sizes up as I have a wide toe shape. These boots are so comfy. I’m wearing them to school each day to break them in for travel to Europe in winter but really they have been great since I first put them in so I don’t think they need to be “broken in”.

if you wear chelsea boots already, these are better/different. lighter and more like your feet are in leather/rubber socks and 'grounded' No, I don't own a sneaker.

These boots are without doubt the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I am 100% converted to Lems - I work 12 hour shifts on my feet, and wearing these I experience significantly less of the aches and pains I used to feel after several long days of work. Notably, my toes don't ache and I don't feel that sort of burning tenderness on the soles of my feet. They are lightweight and the soles are just soft enough so that they relieve some pressure. Honestly, I was crossing my fingers and hoping for the best with this price tag, so thank goodness they are worth every cent.

The boot runs small, I normally wear an 8 but initially ordered a 9 based on other reviews and measurements provided by bprimal. I ended up exchanging for a 9.5, not so much for the length but because my toes are very square, (my first four toes are all the same length) and I wanted more room for my fourth toe. It would also be nice for the Lems shoe shape to give more room laterally for the big toe. The boots are also just a bit narrow at the widest part of my foot, (the forefoot?) which is just behind my toes. I considered going up another size for the width but it would only give me an extra millimeter of width. In an ideal world the shoes would also be wider. What I do like about them is that they have a thicker sole than most barefoot shoes. I walk on a lot of uneven ground, rocky beaches, bush tracks with lots of tree roots and I appreciate not feeling EVERYTHING I am stepping on. My other barefoot shoe brands give me lots of “ground feel” but I don’t always want to feel it! So these shoes are great for rough trails when you don’t want quite as much flexibility and feeling in the sole. I also love that I can just slip them on. They feel nice a secure on my foot. I did have to break them in a bit where they rub at the ankle at the top of the boot, thick socks helped them be less uncomfortable as they soften.

My new winter boots and my third Lems. I have only worn these in the house so far. They feel like slippers. Very comfortable and seem pretty robust. Having back and front tabs makes putting them on easier with my arthritic fingers. Strutfit sizing was accurate for me, with the middle size still being ok for wearing thicker socks. I think I'm going to love wearing them in colder weather.

I tried a W9 and W9.5 but as they run small, I am now waiting for a W10 in Espresso to come back in stock. We have recently had a four week holiday to Norway and the UK. We took one pair of shoes each. The Lems waterproof Chelsea boots. We took the advice from many comments and ordered a size and a half up from our normal shoe size. It was a good decision as they fitted perfectly. These shoes took us through snow, ice (with cleats), mud, puddles, pavements and streets. They are truly waterproof and honestly, the most comfortable shoe we’ve ever worn. I have them on as I type this and am just about to order another pair so I can have work Lems and stepping out Lems. Do not hesitate to buy this shoe!!!!

Make sure you order a size or two larger but if you get the size wrong…. No drama!!! They swap them for the next size.

I’m happy to give a review even though I don’t have my boots yet. I recommend you go for a full size and a half bigger to get your size. However, it’s all good if you get it wrong because you can easily exchange your purchase for the correct size. I got great help when I went online and there was someone there straight away to help me. I am looking forward to getting the correct size. The pair I received but had to send back was absolutely beautiful. Great feel and fantastic look.

These are my second pair, they are the most comfortable pair of boots I have ever owned. They are also incredibly light weight. I talked my husband into buying a pair and he also loves them.
